Dr. Stoll: "There are many paths to the top of the mountain." This statement by the great sages of human history can be used to describe how there are various ways to reach the goal of vigorous health and wholeness. However, in my more than 30 years of professional experience working with thousands of patients struggling with a wide variety of conditions, I have found one particular path to wellness that reliably and effectively helps the largest number of people with the greatest success. I recommend this path to you as the most important thing you can do to improve your health.
This path, called the 3LS Wellness Program, offers a specific program of relaxation, diet, and exercise. I have witnessed again and again how my patients who follow the path of the 3LS Wellness Program (abbreviated 3LS) make remarkable improvements in their health conditions. Now, through this book, I would like to give you the opportunity to achieve the same health improvements as my patients.
My area of interest and expertise in practicing medicine is optimal health (wellness). My specialty is educating individuals about options for alleviating chronic conditions that the conventional medical monopoly ignores. (After all, treating these conditions holistically does not make money for doctors.) You don't need to have a chronic health condition to follow this wellness protocol, but the 3LS Wellness Program is especially effective for reversing chronic illnesses if you have one. If you are already healthy, the 3LS is useful and beneficial for maintaining that good health, as well as for preventing countless health problems.
I would not have believed the effect of doing the three practices that comprise the 3LS Wellness Program could be so positive and spectacular, had I not first experienced it in my own mind, body, and spirit. The changes brought about by my adopting this Wellness Stool were so dramatic that my patients began to ask me what I was doing for my health. Sharing that information was what started my career in Holistic Medicine (a philosophy of medicine that is responsive to all aspects of a person and uses a wide range of therapeutic modalities).
