Chamomile, ginger, and peppermint teas are appropriate for most people following a PWFD. The teas recommended below are labeled as containing no caffeine, starches, or sweeteners (including dried fruits). Please note that many medicinal teas contain herbs which can affect people differently. Therefore, while in general the ingredients in these teas are safe for people on the PWFD, certain teas may not be suitable for certain individuals. For example, ginseng may be too stimulating for some individuals.
